Square Pillows - Lounging around the house, apartment, or the beach is so much better with a pillow or two. Please bring your own pillow and matching thread. Also, you can either bring in your own fabrics from home and you can redo them or have a few bucks for materials so we can give you the stuffing. |

Deconstruct Reconstruct T-Shirts to Other T's- Change up your old ratty t-shirts into a cool new tube top or ruffle tee. Okay the shirt probably should not be ratty, but it is Ok if it is. This is all about breathing new life into old things instead of tossing them away. If you would like to embellish, please bring in some patches, ribbon and buttons. |

Deconstruct Reconstruct Towels- Turn towels into bibs or bags (make up, beach, etc.) Bring in your towels before they become rags and we will spiffy them up a bit and give them a new life as something else. Again, if you want things to match you gotta bring your own threads, plus. |

Aprons - In order to make delicious apple pie, we need to look cute in the kitchen or perhaps we should just wear our aprons all by themselves, but then again that is just Too Much Info. Please bring in 2 yards of fun fabric so we can make a fantabulous apron and some thread if you desire a match. We tend to ask for extra, just in case there’s a slip up. |

Ruffley Scrunchey Curtains - Do the measurements at home and make sure you write them down when you buy your fabric. Make sure to bring some extra fabric so you can make a mistake or decide on a hem. This class is a Beginner class; however we recommend that you have taken some sort of sewing before. Especially our Super Duper Basic, just so we can judge where you are at. |

Drawstring Pants for Work or Sleep-Huh? Well you can either make some cute fuzzy flannel pants (get ready to give some awesome jammies for Xmas to your friends or keep for yourself) or cute shorts to wear over your swim gear or to hang around in. Please bring in 3 yards of fabric. |

Scrap That - Bring in your scraps, ribbons, buttons and we will turn them into something nifty, like funky brooches, pins, hair pieces (by the way, not toupees), wine bags, and gift bags. I am sure there is something more but I am zonked. No more last minute class writing for me. |

Science n' Art Series - Combining education with art,we will explore the natural world through the right side of our brains. We will give you a journal. We will learn about and use nature as inspiration for making art. We will draw in the journal, creating art, generating new ideas. Some of the subjects we will cover are Insects, Plants, Birds, and others. The class will meet on Monday and Wednesday Mornings from 9:30-11:30. This class will also be offered in espanol. |

| Noche de Palabra (Night of Spoken Word) - This is a night to come and learn about the traditions of Dias de los Muertos (Days of the Dead) and to speak about your departed loved ones. Learn a brief history of Dias de los Muertos, sacred space and altar purpose, elements and creation. Contribute to the night by expressing your thoughts and feelings on departed loved ones. |

| Noche de Ofrenda (Night of Offering) - Create your own altar or just bring special remembrances to contribute to the community altar. Paper cut into small houses, as our theme this year is Coming Home, will be available to write a message to a departed loved one or just you sentiments of the moment. Altars can be simple or complex. | Recycled Journals- We will provide you with a cool hard cover book which you will turn into a journal. You will do this by tearing out pages, painting, drawing, coloring, adding pictures, etc... Chances are you will not finish this project on our first meeting, but that is Ok because this project will be a great work in progress. | Ode to Robert Rauschenberg-We will make art with found objects, newspaper, paint, glue, magazines, etc. We will show you the simple technique of transferring. If you would like to work on a painting please bring your own stretched canvas or the canvas and the bars (we will help you stretch them).
